Tiger Mart gas station shut down and declared a public nuisance, police say

After an investigation by the Organized Crime Unit, the Tigers Mart gas station on Jackson Avenue was shut down. The investigation showed that the gas station was a hot spot for crime. The Shelby County District Attorney’s office was granted an order on Thursday, August 29, to temporarily shut down the gas station, police said.
