Motor Carrier Plus: THP’s new unit tackles commercial vehicle violations

Tennessee Highway Patrol’s Motor Carrier Plus (MC+) Unit, founded in May 2023, works to enforce commercial vehicle safety on the roads and crack down on violations to keep all drivers safe. The unit is projected to stop more than 90,000 commercial vehicles for inspection in its first full year.
