New distracted driving crack down could cause delays 

Operation DISS-rupt is a 48-hour enforcement effort that will take place along the I-81 corridor in Virginia, Tennessee, and West Virginia Sept. 19-20.  DISS-rupt stands for Distracted driving, Impaired driving, Speed compliance, and Seat belt safety. Law enforcement will be focusing on these types of infractions along the I-81 corridor. If you are traveling in these areas on the designated days, expect additional law enforcement on Interstate 81.
