Traffic alert: Disabled tractor trailer keeps lane closed, intersection to close around noon

A tractor-trailer carrying a windmill turbine is still stuck in a busy Syracuse intersection.

The tractor-trailer is still partially blocking traffic at the intersection of East Brighton Avenue and East Seneca Turnpike. Traffic is reduced to one lane in both directions on Brighton Avenue, Syracuse police said Tuesday morning in an X post.
