Anticipate lane changes from other drivers around exit and entrance ramps and near construction areas. Safety experts recommend slowing down and giving the right of way to the other motorist. Scan mirrors frequently. Watch for vehicles moving into blind spots. If you lose sight of the vehicle, do not make a lane change until you have located that vehicle.
