Winter storm Iliana will impact more than 20 states, from the Rockies to the Central Plains and Great Lakes. The National Weather Service has issued various winter weather alerts for snow and ice from this storm. Conditions are expected to exist from Tuesday through Thursday evening when it reaches the Northeast. After storm Iliana passes, the Plains, Midwest and Northeast are gearing up for another winter storm this weekend. States have already issued travel bans and restrictions ahead of these storms. Check Department of transportation websites for each state of travel to verify if travel is allowed.
